We work with towns and cities as well as rural areas to ensure that sustainable development is achieved in accordance with the views of the communities and applicable regulations.

Nelsnick Enterprises helps communities in planning and training. Whether you are a city, planning your future growth, a business seeking in-house training guides, or a school desiring a new approach to learning, Nelsnick Enterprises can lend a hand. We offer both planning services and instructional solutions to your everyday needs.

Nelsnick Enterprises Inc. provides City Planning and Instructional Design services to local governments, educational institutions, and private entities. Nelsnick was incorporated in the State of Georgia in 2003 and our main office is located in Athens, Georgia. We provide services nationwide and all work is either performed at our client’s facilities or in the Athens, GA office.

Nelsnick is classified as a woman owned small business enterprise. Our company leaders have a firm commitment with providing sustainable solutions to communities and organizations we serve. Natasha Barreto, our Co-Founder and President, leads the communications, educational and instructional technology services side of the company. Robert (Bobby) Sills, Co-Founder and CEO, oversees all planning related services. Bobby is the firm’s principal planning consultant and has twenty (20) years of professional experience in the area of water and wastewater public utility financial analysis.
